What is your background? Can you tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?
I help female professionals and entrepreneurs overcome anxiety; overthinking; and self-limiting beliefs so that they are not holding themselves back from success and happiness.
I have been doing my role as a therapist for 9 years now and have worked with a diverse range of individuals from all walks of life helping them to deal with emotional distress caused by abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, relationships / marital difficulties, stress and post-traumatic stress disorder.
You are a therapist, can you tell us more about the therapy you offer?
I offer therapy sessions and mindset coaching to help individuals heal from past experiences; overcome limiting beliefs; and achieve the life goals they desire.
The tools and strategies you offer are aimed to be solutions based. Can you share a story of a client who used these to improve their life?
A few years ago, a client started working with me due to anxiety; overthinking; and self-limiting beliefs of not being good enough. She was unhappy; feeling helpless; hopeless; and struggling to find a way out of the darkness that she was experiencing.
We set some therapy goals and worked on helping her reset her mind by healing from past experiences; challenging existing thoughts; and reprogramming belief patterns to achieve these goals.
This client not only overcame her anxiety but is now living a life that she only once imagined. She has set up a coaching business helping others change their lives. She is living abroad in Mexico and working has a successful 6 figure coach.
